This school year, the conference will focus on how to best support our amazing educators so schools can be true communities where everyone belongs, is valued, and grows…students, teachers, and administrators.

Educators deal with hundreds of complaints a day...from students, families, and co-workers. Take a fast and funny ride with Will to learn why people complain, what is wrong with complaining, and how you can use simple strategies to silence negativity and move everyone toward a more positive school culture. Leave inspired, equipped, and ready!

Will Bowen is a humorous motivational speaker and international best-selling author. As the founder of the complaint-free movement, he has over 15 million followers worldwide. Maya Angelou called Will one of her “great spiritual heroes” and she wrote the forward for his bestselling book, A Complaint-Free World, which has sold nearly 4 million copies!

Lori Hayes

Lori L. Hayes has been described as relevant, real, and relational. Drawing from over 20 years in education, Lori uses her comedic personality to energize, inspire and challenge audiences across the globe. As a former classroom teacher, the wife of a high school administrator, and a mother, Lori "gets" students, parents, faculty, and administrators. She can't wait to help us RECHARGE ourselves and our organizations!

Field Trip! Dali Exhibition Tour | $15 per person

 

Everyone knows Salvador Dali's melting clocks, but did you know over 500 of his works are just a short stroll from the conference hotel? Join Wayne Basinger, AP Art History teacher and Dali lover, for a lively museum tour. We’ll walk down together, explore, and walk back together as a group. If you love art, psychology, and passionate teaching, this is a session for you! Selfies are encouraged and fun is mandatory.
